Are your products made in Australia?

Our AIR-CELL® range of products sold locally are made in Australia.

Does AIR-CELL® Insulshed 50 come with a warranty?

We offer 5 years warranty for AIR-CELL Insulshed 50.

Is there anywhere I can view your product?

Can you supply insulation for commercial projects?

How is my personal information protected?

Apart from your contact and order information, we do not store any personal information on our website. We will not distribute any of this information to third parties.

 How do you protect credit card transactions?

All web site transactions are protected by the latest SSL encryption technologies. This means that all connection between your web browser and our website is fully encrypted. Your web browser will ideally notify you if a website is not secure.

How fast would you process my order?

 

We aim to process any orders within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation, with the execption of orders placed over the weekend / public holidays.

What if I placed my order over the weekend?

As we only operate from Monday to Friday, we will process any orders received over the weekend the first thing in the morning the following working day.

 

Do I need to sign up for an account to make an order?

No sign-ups are needed to purchase from Kingspan ShedStore.

Are orders placed through your website secure?

Kingspan ShedStore uses the latest SSL technologies to encrypt any transaction information. We do not store any credit card details in our systems.

Do I get a confirmation email after placing an order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in the nominated email address supplied when placing your order.

Can I track the status of my order?

You will get a delivery confirmation email with the tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You will then be able to track the status of the delivery at “https://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/

Can I cancel an order?

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, it can be done if the order has not already been dispatched. Please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible on 1300 247 235 quoting your name and order number.

Can I modify an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be modified. If you wish to add or remove a product, you will need to place another order. If you wish to cancel the order, this can be done if the order has not already been dispatched.
