Please make sure that there is someone to receive the delivery. The courier will not provide a re-delivery option due to the bulky nature of the product. In the event that a delivery can’t be made, the courier will leave a contact card for you to organize a pickup from their local depot.
Alternatively, you can opt for an ‘Authority To Leave’ when ordering so that the courier is allowed to leave the order at your address in case no one is available to receive it.
Please note that Kingspan Insulation and the courier will not be held responsible if anything happens to your package after delivery.
Do you deliver during weekends?
No. We only deliver during weekdays.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery is free with all orders.
What is the minimum order spend?
$250 plus GST is the minimum order spend.
What if I’m only after accessories and my minimum order spend is below $250 plus GST?
If you only require accessories and your required spend total is below $250 your best option is to contact us on 1300 247 235 and we can point you in the direction of one of our stockists in or near your location who will assist you with your requirements.
What are my delivery options?
Due to the bulky size of the product, standard courier delivery is used by default for all orders made through Kingspan ShedStore. Express delivery is not recommended as it will cost significantly more.
Shipping Destinations
We deliver products Australia wide with the exception of Northern Territory, Tasmania, and area beyond our reach (>1000km from CBD) such as Broome and Karratha.
Important note – to have someone around to receive the delivery
We highly recommend that someone is around on the day the delivery is to be made to avoid a missed delivery.
Missed Deliveries
In the event that you missed the delivery, the courier will leave a ‘Missed Delivery’ card with a contact number for you to arrange for pickup at their nearest depot. It is important that you are present to receive the delivery to avoid this. You could also opt to authorize an ‘Authority To Leave’ and the courier will leave the product at your delivery address.
Authority to Leave
Please note that Kingspan Insulation and the courier will not be responsible if the package goes missing in the instance ‘Authority to Leave’ has been selected.
How we deliver?
Your order will be picked-up and delivered from the nearest warehouse location of your delivery address. This will ensure optimal delivery time frames are met.
Can I pick-up my order from you?
Unfortunately, pick-up is not available at the moment.
How long will it take to send my order?
We aim to process your order within 24 hours. Please allow up to 3 business days for metro delivery to arrive, and up to 5 business days for non-metro locations. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you will be given a tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
Can you deliver to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the bulky nature of the product.
Delivery Conditions
The delivery destination is final once the order leaves the warehouse. If you need to update us regarding a change of delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at 1300 247 235.
